What is car detailing?

Car Detailing is the process of detailed interior and exterior cleaning to return your vehicle to the best condition it can be.

What does car detailing include?

On the inside of the vehicle it includes vacuuming, shampooing carpets and fabrics, leather cleaning and enrichment, cleaning hard services, cleaning windows and cleaning door frames.

Outside the vehicle it includes shampooing paintwork, cutting polishing and protecting paintwork, cleaning and dressing the wheels and tyres, headlight restoration, window cleaning and engine cleaning.

This is a specialist service as mould is very difficult to remove but yes car detailing can remove mould, providing the detailer is using anti bacterial and biocidal products as part of the process.

It is also very important to ensure that the vehicle is completely dry at the end of the service.

Can car detailing remove stains?

Car detailers routinely come across 2 types of stains in vehicles. Bore water stains on the exterior and fabric stains on the interior and both can be successfully removed, most of the time – dependent on the origin of the stain.

Can car detailing fix paint chips?

Sadly no. We don’t fix paint and we ask spray painters not to detail vehicles.

Yes it absolutely is.
