As a Jim’s Cleaning franchisee, you are granted the rights to use the Jim’s Cleaning branding in your area. We will send you opportunities for work via our national call centre, and you can also generate your own work using the exceptional power of the Jim’s Cleaning brand. Along the way, we will provide you with all the tools, support and training you need to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.
A franchise is a business format where the business’ originator (the franchisor; in our case the Jim’s Group), has developed a successful business model and then grants the rights to a third party (franchisee; you) to operate that business model in other locations.
Please don’t be worried. We’ve set up many businesses before and will step you through the process. We have local franchisors who are there to assist you with in starting, operating and growing your business. You will be in business for yourself but not by yourself!
As much as you like! Each of our franchise owners has different goals, motivations, and energy levels. The more effort you put in, the more you will make. We have franchisees making anywhere from $1500 to $6000 per week and beyond. It really is up to you and the type of business you want to run. We can certainly put you in contact with existing franchisees who are similar to you and you can find out from them what their experience with Jim’s Cleaning has been..
We actually guarantee that you will make at least $1500 per week.
Yes. You can work wherever you like. You will also be given ALL the work from your territory, if you want it.
No. We do not charge a percentage of your income. Our monthly fees are fixed. The more you earn, the more you keep!
Yes. Jim’s Cleaning have our own cleaning products as well as does have preferred suppliers, however, you are not forced to buy from them if you don’t want to
Yes!. In the last 12 months in Canberra, we received 1785 new requests for our services! Sadly, we were unable to service 214 of those requests, due to not having enough franchisees.
We are very careful with our selection of franchisees. We want you to be successful, and if for some reason we feel that Jim’s Cleaning is not a good fit for you, we will let you know.
