Hello we are Pauline and Ronwaldo, the owners and operators of the franchise for Jim’s Cleaning Northfield.
We got married in 2012 and have lived locally for 3 years. Prior to joining the Jim’s team, Ronwaldo was employed as a Disability Support Staff and Pauline was employed as a Associate Nurse Unit Manager at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. We decided to invest in the Jim’s Cleaning franchise for the opportunity to earn a better income and work flexible hours. In our leisure time, we enjoy karaoke, surfing and most importantly, we love spending quality time with our children, Francine and Shiloh. As a family, we get involved in community recreation by volunteering time to the local church, helping with food preparation and cleaning, etc. We also help by providing free, temporary accommodation to new Filipino migrants and help gather pre-loved furniture for fresh starts.
